Dale Shea Teaches Prenatal Pilates While in Her 31st Week of Pregnancy

Dale Shea, a Pilates professional for 12 years, has just choreographed and produced her first Pilates DVD. She currently owns Pilates at Body Reformers in Long Island, NY where she teaches prenatal classes. Dale is certified through the Physical Mind Institute.

Prenatal Pilates with Dale Shea is a complete workout series. It includes four inventive, 20-minute-long workouts with an equally generous warm-up and cool-down. Ab work is possible during pregnancy along with a total body workout. Her own pregnancy inspired her to film this DVD while in her 31st week of pregnancy. This DVD is great for those who are fit and want to remain that way through their pregnancy.

Dale Shea holds a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from The George Washington University. She also has two years experience as a physical therapy assistant. For the past 12 years she has utilized her education, hands on experiences and dance background to build her own Pilates studio. She believes that Pilates is essential to truly be strong in body and in mind. Most recently her pregnancy inspired her to choreograph and produce her own DVD. She felt that there was a need for a DVD that allowed you to stay fit while pregnant. Over the years Dale had worked with many pregnant students and has attended specific Pilates for pregnancy workshops.
