Penna Plc, the global HR Services Group, has launched its first-ever graduate and apprenticeship scheme, the Penna Development Programme.
The Programme will support two graduates and two apprentices by offering them a bespoke 18-month development programme. They will undertake a number of placements working across all of Penna’s services, from recruitment, development and transition to the central support teams. The programme aims to give the successful applicants the opportunity to gain a wealth of new skills and knowledge which will help them to build their career.
Alongside Penna’s work with the business-education charity, Career Academies UK, the graduate and apprenticeship scheme further underlines Penna’s commitment to supporting young people and helping to build a skilled and diverse workforce for the future.
