Champion Real Estate Services has expanded its team, hiring Dan Hunter as the company’s investment sales director. Hunter, who previously worked for Donald R. Kenny & Company Realtors, will oversee all of Champion's multi-family acquisitions and dispositions, as well as third-party sales.
President and CEO Brian Yeager said he is delighted to have Hunter leading Champion’s sales division. “His experience and reputation is tops in the industry,” Yeager said. “Dan will lead the way on Champion’s acquisitions for 2012 and beyond.”
Hunter has more than 20 years of experience in commercial and investment real estate and has been involved in transactions with an aggregate value of more than $200 million. Most recently, Hunter was the agent of record for the sale of The Enclave at Albany Park for $8,751,000 and Waterford Point for nearly $8 million.
"I'm very excited to be partnering with Champion Real Estate Services and the Yeager's,” Hunter said. “They have grown exponentially over the last few years and are going to be one of the area's premier buyers of multi-family investments for years to come. Champion is a terrific organization and I'm proud to be a part of its growing team."
Hunter is a 1991 graduate of The Ohio State University, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in financial management and is also an active member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
