McMillan Study Guides, Inc. today announced significant changes to their "Test Me Now!" PDG practice exams. The popular study guide, originally sold for $4.95, is now offered at no cost to Airmen. Additionally, a new feature allows Airmen to compare their scores with their peers to gauge their preparedness. Nowhere else can Airmen find this advantage.

McMillan Study Guides, Inc., the premier publisher of self-study materials for US Air Force members, today announced significant changes to their "Test Me Now!" online practice exams. The popular study guide, originally sold for $4.95, is now offered at no cost to Airmen.

These latest changes also introduce a unique feature: every Monday, users may view the average test scores from the previous week and compare their results with their peers. Airmen can now tackle the key question they face — how they will measure up on test day.

Written exams are a critical factor in promotion eligibility, making test-day readiness a top priority. Along with the new stripe, a promotion garners a pay increase. "Test Me Now!" exams encourage Airmen to structure a study routine that helps them score well and above their competition.

“Our mission is to provide Airmen with the most comprehensive and accurate study guides that meet every learning style,” explained Gayle McMillan Smith, president of McMillan Study Guides, Inc. “Our free 'Test Me Now!' exams are one more example of an innovative study solution backed by nearly 25 years of experience.”

Each interactive exam includes 100 multiple-choice questions, generated from more than 2,800 questions written for the Air Force’s 2011 Professional Development Guide (PDG). Promotion testing is based on the PDG.

"Test Me Now!" exams simulate the Promotion Fitness Examination (PFE) and United States Air Force Supervisory Examination (USAFSE), helping Airmen determine their possible score on an actual promotion exam. Every week, they can take a new exam and review the correct answers to reinforce the material.

The Air Force published the revised PDG for the 2011-2013 test cycle in April 2011. McMillan quickly responded with their exclusive line-up of study guides, ranging from software and mobile apps to books, audiobooks and flashcards. These latest changes to their online "Test Me Now!" exams provide enlisted Air Force personnel with a no-cost, high-quality study aid.
