This is the Company's seventh consecutive year of revenue growth and third consecutive year of profitability; with 50% increase in US-based customers.

Intellinx Ltd., the innovative leader in enterprise fraud management solutions, announced today record revenues and profitability for the year of 2011, achieved during a year of economic downturn in Europe and North America.

This is the Company's seventh consecutive year of revenue growth and third consecutive year of profitability. Intellinx also accomplished a sharp growth in the number of new customers, especially in the US where customers increased by 50%.

New customers include companies primarily from the financial sector and also from the government, healthcare and telecom sectors. The Intellinx active customer base now includes over 120 companies worldwide, 60% of them financial institutions, including several of the largest banks in North America, Europe and China.

"I am extremely pleased with our performance this year," says Intellinx CEO and co-founder Orna Mintz-Dov. "2011 wasn’t an easy year in terms of IT budgets and buying decision processes. Yet, the market is showing increasing maturity in seeking solutions that provide real value in the short term with flexibility and scalability to support the ever-changing business environment and fraud threats in the long term. Our growth was driven by customer demand, propelled by increasing fraud concerns and government regulatory requirements.”

"In 2011 we continued to strengthen and broaden the Intellinx offerings in the areas of fraud protection with emphasis on pre-packaged solutions, enterprise case management and forensics," adds Mintz-Dov. "Our products enjoy strong synergy with the Intellinx patented network sniffing technology, which identifies suspicious activity accurately and quickly, more than any other solution available today. Customers appreciate our products' deployment simplicity, enabling them to obtain business value almost immediately after installation."

According to Mintz-Dov, Intellinx will continue to see strong growth in 2012, fueled by continuing customer demand and a broadening of the Intellinx product range: "we expect a continuation of the current positive sentiment, especially in the North American and European markets," adds Mintz-Dov.

Intellinx in a Nutshell:

Intellinx provides an end-to-end fraud management solution, based on a unique combination of comprehensive data capture directly from the corporate network; cross channel analytics and real-time alerting based on advanced profiling and scoring. Intellinx enables banks and other organizations to detect and prevent internal, external and collusive fraud and information leakage, as well as comply with Sarbanes-Oxley, Basel II and privacy regulations.

Intellinx provides a first-of-its-kind cross-platform surveillance system, for unparalleled visibility of end-user activity across the enterprise. The system tracks all user and account activity in corporate applications on all major platforms, from Mainframe to Oracle Forms to Web. Utilizing a patented agent-less sniffing technology, Intellinx requires no change to organization infrastructure, generating no risk, no overhead, and no performance degradation on servers, networks or clients.

While most Enterprise Fraud Management solutions provide mainly analytics and investigative functions, and require organizations to prepare the data for analysis (ETL), Intellinx, on the other hand, captures data for analysis through network sniffing, reducing the need for lengthy and laborious ETL (traditional data sources such as logs and data warehouses may be used additionally if needed).

Fraud investigators, compliance officers and internal auditors utilize Intellinx in three major ways:

  • Forensic investigation and audit activities including Visual Replay – Intellinx generates a detailed audit trail of all end-users activity (employees, customers, etc.), with complete visibility of online activity and visual replay of every screen, keystroke and screen-flow. An intuitive, Google-like search mechanism enables investigators to get quick answers to questions, such as which user accessed a specific account number in a given timeframe and replay the exact user activity screen by screen.
  • Automatic, Cross-Channel Behavior and Transaction Tracking in Real-Time and Batch – The behavior and transactions of customers, accounts, employees and other entities are tracked and profiled by the analytic engine. The engine correlates activities between the various channels and generates real-time (or batch) alerts on suspicious events in various channels including Call center, e-Banking, electronic payments, checks, new accounts, employees and others.
  • Investigations and Case Management – Suspicious events can be investigated utilizing a user-friendly web-based user-interface. The system enables investigators with no technical background to control the investigation environment and processes, set business rules parameters, thresholds and scoring calculations; as well as maintain white lists, configure workflow, define reports, link analysis and much more.
