Mr. Edwards also held the position of Civil Government Industry Leader at IBM and was responsible for consulting and systems integration in the central and local government of the United Kingdom. Alan Edward’s current work includes projects to support public financial management professionals in Nigeria, South Sudan, Zimbabwe, Kosovo, Canada, and other European and African countries.
