It’s almost impossible to open a newspaper these days without seeing headlines about the squabbling within the England camp. "Isn’t it time for a return to the times when Rugby wasn’t about the politics?" asks Richard Gillam of Paragon Hospitality. The Six Nations is the oldest and greatest rugby tournament on the planet, and what better way to celebrate it than by taking a trip back to the halcyon days with a “Six Nations Legends” charity dinner at London’s Guildhall on 29th February 2012.

Paragon Hospitality are proud to be hosting a Six Nations Charity Dinner in aid of the RPA benevolent fund. The evening will be formally hosted by BBC’s John Inverdale, with special guest including World Cup winner Lewis Moody, Ireland legend Keith Wood and Wales's most capped captain Ieuan Evans. They will also be joined by a host of past and present international rugby stars for what promises to be a fun and entertaining evening all in aid of a great cause.

The RPA (Rugby Players Association) Benevolent fund is a charity set up to help and support professional players who suffer hardship through serious injury or illness, need ongoing medical treatment as a result of rugby related injuries, or need assistance in gaining educational qualifications. It is the only charity body set up to support professional players, and provides invaluable services that Paragon Hospitality are pleased to be supporting with this inaugural charity dinner.

The “Six Nations Legends” charity dinner is set to become an annual institution, giving fans the chance to meet and mingle with the legends of the game. Taking place at London’s Guildhall, the evening starts with a pre-dinner drinks reception in the atmospheric crypt. This is followed by a gourmet 3 course dinner with fine wines rounded off with coffee. During the evening there will be a Q&A with the International rugby legends, as well as a grand charity auction and prize raffle. And no evening would be complete without an after-party bash at a nearby city venue to carry on the great evening into the small hours.
