Ms. Orr has been growing and managing private and public technology companies for the last 20 years, both as a member of senior and executive management at companies such as SAGA Software, Legent Corporation and BRIDGEWERX and as a Senior Manager with KPMG.

Ms. Orr began her career with Price Waterhouse. She is skilled in high growth and turnaround environments where she has supported organizations with their IPO’s, secondary offerings and mergers and acquisition activities while delivering strong gains in revenue, profits, and global market share, as well as making immediate improvements in operational strategic planning, investor relations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
