Lorin Munchick and a team of Mac prodigies launch highly-anticipated global help center for Apple products.

Lorin Munchick, president of Apple Corps, today announced that effective immediately, the company would begin to handle tech support globally via Skype or iChat screen sharing functionality.

A collection of tech ninjas, each formerly employed by Apple, will be providing education on all Apple hardware and software, in addition to a number of 3rd party software applications, including Microsoft Office.
