Headquartered in Greater Cleveland, the High Tech Company Continues Rapid Growth

TMW Systems, Inc., a leading provider of transportation management software, announced today that the company has expanded its office space in Northeast Ohio, adding significant square footage in the Science Park campus, two miles from its present Chagrin Boulevard site.

The new space will serve as the new corporate headquarters facility, occupied by the executive management team, corporate administrative services, and an expanded research and development organization. The facility expansion is the result of a 40% Revenue Compound Annual Growth Rate over the past 5 years and aggressive hiring to support the growth in new customers and forecasted business.

“Northeast Ohio is home. It is where we started in 1983,” said President and CEO David W. Wangler. “We continue to find an educated, highly skilled workforce and operate in an environment conducive to running a successful high-tech business,” he added.

TMW retains its more than 32,000 square feet of office space at the TMW Technology Plaza location in Beachwood. That facility is dedicated to Research & Development, Quality Assurance and customer support activities as one of the firm’s seven Software Solution Centers in North America. TMW hired more than 100 individuals during 2011, mostly in Northeast Ohio, pushing the total employee count to just shy of 500.

Staying within the city limits is a plus all around, according to Beachwood Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Wayne Lawrence. “We are pleased that TMW Systems has chosen to expand their workforce in the City of Beachwood. We are always excited to see innovative companies grow and maintain their presence in our community,” he said.
