Based upon the healthy sales increases, PulseTV has named Jeanie Davis the VP in charge of online marketplace sales. Jeanie commented, “What began as a small test with a few products quickly expanded to include dozens of products we offered through our daily deal emails. PulseTV.com has been around since 1996 and marrying its daily deal mindset with traditional e-commerce avenues makes us extremely competitive. In less than 90 days, online marketplaces have accounted for 4.7% of our sales.”

Anisa Ali, co-founder and General Manager of PulseTV added, “Jeanie has been with us since 1999 and based upon our test results and the potential, we wanted to put one of our best people in charge of this initiative. By the end of first quarter, we should be live with more than a dozen online marketplaces and we believe 10% of our sales will be generated from combined marketplaces.”

Jeanie Davis continued, “We have been getting live with additional online marketplaces including Overstock.com, Barnes & Noble, eBay’s marketplace, and plan to expand distribution of our daily deal items to all the top online marketplaces. Finding new ways to get these deals in front of millions of online shoppers in places they like to shop is our overall goal.”
