Pronto Post Inc., South Florida's largest product fulfillment and direct mail company, unveiled its revamped web site (http://www.prontopost.com) this week. The longtime Hialeah-based letter shop, direct marketing services, and fulfillment provider launched a new user-friendly design to match the recent changes and upgrades that Pronto has undergone recently. Two of the newest features are an updated industry news section and a real-time Request-For-Quote application, allowing users to quickly and easily submit their requests to the company.
Andrew Diamond, Pronto’s General Manager, commented that, “The updated web site better reflects the important infrastructure, equipment and service upgrades that Pronto Post has experienced recently. Just about a year ago, we moved into our new state-of-the-art, 55,000-square-foot facility. Since then, we have been hard at work refining our processes and expanding our capabilities to give our customers better quality service and outstanding results.”
The rebirth of Pronto started in January of 2010, when the company moved into a facility with twice the space to allow for its continuing expansion. In 2011, industry leader Robin Rodriguez was named President of Pronto, and she has continued to focus much of her efforts on expanding Pronto Post’s customer base, as she directs Sales and Customer Service. Rodriguez has 25 years of continuous experience in the mail and fulfillment field and has brought a reinvigorated focus on customer satisfaction and retention to Pronto.
