Google To Speak On Geo-Targeting and Multilingual Content at International Search Summit

Unique insights for global marketers as Google's Susan Moskwa joins International Search Summit program.

Google Webmaster Trends Analyst Susan Moskwa will be helping international marketers make sense of Google’s multilingual markups and implement effective geo-targeting on their websites at the International Search Summit @ SMX West on February 27th.

Speaking at the Summit, which delivers a full day of content focused on international search and social media topics, Susan will explain the changes that Google has introduced to improve the geo-targeting of multilingual content and advise delegates how to apply them in order to improve the performance of their global websites.

“Developing an effective geo-targeting strategy is a common challenge for global organisations, but getting it wrong can have serious consequences for the overall performance of your websites”, says Andy Atkins-Krüger, CEO of WebCertain and Chair of the Summit. “Susan’s session will provide some much needed guidance on how to capitalize on Google’s changes to the handling of this content and is a unique opportunity for delegates to get an insight into Google’s position on geo-targeting”.
