Ashworth College (http://www.ashworthcollege.edu/), a leading online school and provider of accredited online education programs, today announced that Sandy Springs, GA resident Maurice Joyner has been promoted to Call Center Operations Manager.
A results-driven manager with 17 years experience in employee development, inbound and outbound sales management, and business outsourced partner relationships in high volume call center operations, Joyner will now be responsible for call center staffing, quality assurance, enforcement of departmental policy and procedures, and centralizing and managing a newly created compliance department.
“I am extremely excited about my new opportunity,” Joyner said. “I’m looking forward to many new challenges which include always maintaining an environment in which our students and employees are always proud to be members of the Ashworth College community,” Joyner said. Joyner has been with Ashworth since 2009, first as Manager of Call Center Operations and most recently as Admissions Assistant Manager.

A proud father, Joyner has one daughter who currently lives in North Carolina. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events, “cheering on the Maryland Terrapins”, watching action dramas, and anything outdoors.
