Shawnee Peak, a beautiful, privately-owned ski resort in Bridgton, Maine, is now offering guests rides in the resort groomer. For an extraordinary value, skiers can book this unique experience with up to three of their friends per ride. There are two different ride options available.
The first has been dubbed “First Tracks,” and will appeal to any skier who dreams of laying down those first tracks of the day in fresh morning snow. Guests who reserve a seat for this groomer ride will be offered two runs before the lifts open for the day. It only costs sixty dollars to reserve the cab!
The second option is the “Moon Groom,” a scenic ride in the afternoon. This option is relaxing and enjoyable for guests of all types and ages. Rides will be offered for the low price of twenty dollars per person. The trip takes about an hour, and leaves at four every afternoon.
“The passenger cab has proven to be extremely popular with avid skiers and people who are interested in groomers themselves,” says Marketing Director Rachael Wilkinson.
