Unprecedented Growth in 2011 Leads Response Mine Interactive to Hire Four New Executives

Firm looks to new vice presidents as integral part of expansion in 2012 with new offerings and extended expertise.

Response Mine Interactive (RMI), a digital marketing agency grounded in direct response principles to help its clients achieve online category domination, announces the addition of four new executives as the firm plans for strategic growth in 2012. With 64 percent year-over-year growth in the digital services division in 2011 and recently named an Inc. 5000 fastest growing company, RMI is poised to continue its influence in direct response marketing, strategy and online media. New additions to the executive team include Terence Rooke, vice president of media services; Andrew Baum, vice president, call center operations; David Secrest, vice president, media operations and Mark Hamilton, vice president of finance.

New Executive Team

As RMI continues its expansion, each new executive will play an integral part in the firm’s day-to-day operations. The new executive members and roles include:

  •     Terence Rooke is the vice president of media services and is charged with the expansion of the firm’s media expertise across all digital response services. Most recently at Reprise Media, Rooke has executed marketing initiatives for some of the world’s most iconic brands including The Home Depot, Hewlett-Packard, General Motors, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Proctor & Gamble and Delta Airlines.
  •     Andrew Baum is the vice president of call center operations and his responsibilities include the establishment of first class call center partners, as well as day-to-day management of these partnerships and internal operations as it pertains to the call centers. Previously, Baum was president of Baum Communications, a start-up where he managed as many as 50 indirect/outsourcing resources.
  •     David Secrest is the vice president of marketing operations and is responsible for the development and growth of media opportunities on behalf of the customer acquisition division of RMI. Secrest joins the team after serving as director of digital media at KBM Group and his background includes PPC, SEO, CPM, affiliates, email acquisition marketing, web analytics, social media, consumer and business-to-business marketing experience.
  •     Mark Hamilton is the vice president of finance, an important addition to the management team, as Hamilton is the first financial executive for RMI. Prior to joining RMI, Hamilton held multiple high-level finance positions including controller at both Moxie Interactive and The Icebox.
