A blog focused specifically on helping people find missing iTunes album artwork

Started in late 2011, ArtworkforiTunes.com began as a free search engine to help people find and download album artwork for iTunes media files. Soon creating the site, the founders realized that there was the potential for problems to arise with Apple and completely changed directions with the site.

Unfortunately the hard work that was put into designing the back-end and making the site fully functional had to go to waste, but they still do not want the domain to go unused. Then a brainstorm session began and a new vision for the site was born.

Instead of an album art search engine, the site took a drastic transformation and became an informational blog. A blog focused specifically on helping people with iTunes artwork related issues but also on other problems that one encounters when trying to keep a clean and organized music library.

With a background in affiliate marketing and SEO, the site’s founder Jacob King saw potential for a great way to drive some traffic and create sales of two popular iTunes cleanup tools. With a few programs and scripts out there, King decided to only promote the best available products; TuneUp Media and a similar program Rinse My Music.

The blog takes an objective approach by providing people with suggestions on free methods of finding album artwork and also reviewing the two previously mentioned products. They also provide an in depth comparison of both programs for people who torn between which is the most suitable for their album art finding and music cleanup needs.

As of now the blog is still in it’s early stages but Jacob plans to continually improve the site and consistently add informative content as it picks up traffic and exposure. Recently the site has just hit a milestone and had it’s first day with over 100 hits from organic Google searches. “We expect the site’s traffic keep rising in the months to come and look forward to more sales of the products we promote as well”, says Founder, Jacob King.
