The topic of the next DesignRealized continuing education program is Collaborative Decision Making for AEC Project Management. Web cast from AIA San Francisco on Thursday, February 16, at 12pm Pacific/3pm Eastern, to groups and individuals around the U.S., this course covers how to build consensus; save time and money; and make better decisions faster.
Instructor John Haymaker, AIA, PhD, LEED ap, CEO, Design Process Innovation, is a licensed architect with 20 years of experience as a designer, builder, and researcher. In this course, he teaches how to identify key stakeholders; collect and define multidisciplinary objectives; weigh these objectives; and communicate the options and their value to different participants in the decision-making process.
