3D Biomatrix, which develops and markets three-dimensional cell culture products, will be exhibiting its Perfecta3DTM Hanging Drop Plates at the Stem Cells 2012 and Cell Culture 2012 shows in San Diego, CA on February 2 and 3. Perfecta3D Hanging Drop Plates are 384-well plates that facilitate controllable and uniform spheroid formation.

3D Biomatrix, a leader in the development of three-dimensional (3D) cell culture products, will exhibit its Perfecta3D(TM) Hanging Drop Plates at the simultaneously held Stem Cells 2012, Cell Culture 2012, and Circulating Tumor Cells shows at the Crowne Plaza - San Diego, CA on February 2 and 3. The shows, organized by Select Biosciences, will feature topics such as cancer stem cells, stem cells and drug discovery, and 3D cell culture.

The inventor of the Hanging Drop Plate technology, University of Michigan Professor Shuichi Takayama, will speak about the plates during the Cell Culture 2012 show. In addition, 3D Biomatrix will present a poster describing preliminary drug testing and co-culture data. 3D Biomatrix will display its Perfecta3D Hanging Drop Plates and relevant instructional materials at Booth 13.
