Walton on Thames based Microsoft Gold Certified Partner TVision Technology has once again exceeded benchmarks set by Microsoft judging customer satisfaction. Over 94% of customers expressed high levels of overall satisfaction with their experience with TVision.

Microsoft Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT) is the benchmarking tool used by Microsoft for customer experience across all Microsoft products. CSAT participation is mandatory for all Microsoft Gold Certified partners and so the benchmarks set by Microsoft relate to all Microsoft partners across the country.

TVision MD Richard Thompson “At TVision, we believe that the CSAT survey is an integral part of measuring and informing our customer service. We are very pleased with the results, they show us where we are getting things right, and also where improvements should be made.”
High quality of support is demonstrated by the 75% of customers who would rate the Support received as outstanding or exemplary and over 82% who are defined as TVision ‘champions’ that is to say they would recommend TVision to others.

Thompson continues, “The high level of sales satisfaction expressed is extremely pleasing as it reflects the founding principles of TVision, an honest approach that sets realistic expectations from the first meeting.”

TVision Technology is a specialist in the implementation and support of Dynamics NAV, Microsoft's open source ERP solution for mid range enterprises. The company has focused exclusively on Dynamics NAV since its inception over 10 years ago and has developed two market specific NAV solutions, Agency Time for the Recruitment Industry and the Wine System for the drinks distribution sector.
