Walton on Thames based Microsoft Gold Certified Partner TVision Technology has once again exceeded benchmarks set by Microsoft judging customer satisfaction. Over 94% of customers expressed high levels of overall satisfaction with their experience with TVision.
Microsoft Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT) is the benchmarking tool used by Microsoft for customer experience across all Microsoft products. CSAT participation is mandatory for all Microsoft Gold Certified partners and so the benchmarks set by Microsoft relate to all Microsoft partners across the country.

High quality of support is demonstrated by the 75% of customers who would rate the Support received as outstanding or exemplary and over 82% who are defined as TVision ‘champions’ that is to say they would recommend TVision to others.
