MT Business Technologies (MTBT), provides document and technology solutions to schools across Ohio and wanted to support the community by awarding a school with interactive classroom technology to promote learning. Girard City Schools received a Mimio Interactive Classroom which includes an interactive whiteboard, wireless pad, document camera, student response system and an Optoma projector.

“Our teachers are looking forward to engaging students and enhancing their education programs with this classroom technology. The voting response system allows educators to assess the level of understanding on a subject on the spot,” noted David Cappuzzello, superintendent, Girard City Schools.

“We’ve been providing document solutions and technology for Ohio schools and businesses for many years. Education is critical in building a stronger economy in Ohio and we want to support educators across the state,” explained Carl Fernyak, CEO, MT Business Technologies.

Educators and school administrators entered to win technology for their schools on MTBT’s Facebook page and at the Ohio School Board Association Conference and Trade Show.

A second Interactive Classroom Technology package will be given away to an Ohio school in March. Entries may be made at MT Business Technologies Facebook page, or in person by attendees at the Ohio Educational Technology Conference (eTech Ohio), February 13 – 15.
