PeopleAdmin relocates to Austin’s Technology Beltway to prepare for growth in 2012.

PeopleAdmin, the leading provider of on-demand talent management solutions for higher education and government, today announced that the company will relocate its headquarters to 805 Las Cimas Parkway Suite 400, Austin, Texas. The new office is located on the popular technology beltway, Capital of Texas Highway (Loop 360), in the Las Cimas Office Complex, just west of their previous downtown location.

This market is projected to grow significantly and our new location will be a strategic asset that provides greater flexibility in maintaining our market leadership position.”

In 2011, PeopleAdmin touted a 98% customer retention rate and more than 700 clients. The company begins 2012 with 60% more employees than 2010. The planned growth includes a 30% increase in new customers as well as plans to hire 30-40 new employees over the next three years.

The new facility is approximately 24,000 square feet, which is double the size of their previous office. PeopleAdmin has taken a 5-year lease.
