Jackson publicist, Angel Howansky of Eure Entertainment & Public Relations, confirmed today that Michael Jackson's Father, Joseph Jackson is canceling participation in the projected billion dollar Vietnam HappyLand Project.

Mr. Joseph Jackson through his publicist, Angel Howansky, and off his official website (http://www.jwjackson.com/?p=582) confirmed that after careful due diligence and discussions with his wife, family and advisers, he has decided not to proceed with any further involvement or investment in Project Happy Land Vietnam.

Project Happyland Vietnam, backed by Khang Thong Group was projected to be the largest theme park development in South East Asia. It was to be inspired by the late Michael Jackson's Neverland Valley Ranch.

Mr. Joseph Jackson would like to thank the people and the government officials of Vietnam for their warmth, hospitality and kindness.
