Based in Washington, DC, Mr. Roman will oversee the SPS operations from Pennsylvania to North Carolina, working closely with clients to manage the development and implementation of solutions and drive ongoing customer satisfaction. In addition, he will be responsible for operational compliance and successful execution of all processes and procedures, coaching and developing of onsite SPS Client Service Managers, and ensuring adherence to the SPS Account Governance model.
According to Mr. Tatge, “The Mid-Atlantic region has been an area of significant growth for SPS during the past year, and Washington, DC is now the second-largest market for SPS within the United States. With vast experience as both an analyst and a manager, Mr. Roman has been part of the Swiss Post Solutions organization since 2008, and in the outsourcing industry for over 20 years. His client industry expertise includes verticals such as legal, financial, media, energy, and consumer products.
