The new employees that were hired in 2011 have been fully trained, so the company is more than ready to bring on additional employees if necessary. "While we'd obviously like to run the tightest ship possible, we don't want to do so at the expense of customer service," says Gray. "In this business, it pays to stay ahead of the game. I suspect that we will be hiring additional help within the next couple of months." When the time comes, the company will make an official announcement about it.
