TruEffect to Nearly Triple Workforce to Keep Pace with Rapid Growth

One year ago the internet advertising technology company, TruEffect, had a patented technology, 10 employees, and single digit revenues. The company’s patented First-Party Ad Serving technology was being proven by a few first mover clients and its full capabilities were just beginning to be validated in side-by-side tests with traditional ad serving companies. TruEffect closed the year more than tripling its revenue and its number of employees. That rapid growth, 52% of which has come from new clients, has set the stage for what founder and CEO, Ron Hill, describes as “A remarkable year ahead in which TruEffect will dramatically impact the digital advertising industry.” Hill won’t provide any numbers but indicates the company’s growth in 2012 is expected to far exceed that experienced in 2011.

That is why TruEffect has begun a recruiting effort to nearly triple its workforce again in 2012. “We now have relationships with some of the biggest brands in the country and some of the world’s best-known advertising agencies,” notes Hill. While the company isn’t identifying specific clients due to competitive privacy reasons, they include major companies in the manufacturing, mobile, social media, and financial services industries.

The company is recruiting software engineers, digital media professionals, business analysts, and sales professionals. It recently retained Dr. Annmarie Neal, former Vice President of Talent Development at Cisco, to do talent strategy, assessment and recruitment.
