TribePad will be implementing their award winning platform in the first quarter of 2012. Sodexo, which provides foodservices and facilities management for clients in the education, healthcare, justice, defence, leisure and corporate services sectors, will benefit from a fully integrated careers and talent platform for their jobseekers and internal employees in the UK & Ireland.
Melanie Hayes, Head of Talent for UK and Ireland at Sodexo said: “We are really excited to work with TribePad as we have similar challenges to most large organisations with geographic spread which we can overcome using this type of solution. We also wanted to ensure that Sodexo as a business was leveraging the most up to date technology aswell as having detailed analytics to make our resourcing decisions become driven by data analysis and ultimately enable us to recruit the best talent”
Tribepad has already experienced a successful period seeing one of its other clients, the global security solutions business G4S, saving £1 million in the first year of deployment. Sodexo will be using Tribepad’s newly enhanced CRM functionality as part of the solution which not only encompasses easy to use tools for recruiters but also enhances the jobseekers profile. TribePad has recently improved this feature using 3D profiles giving the jobseeker the ability to showcase previous work using video and visual aids and also pulling in their social data too.
Lisa Scales, CEO of TribePad said: “Around 35,000 people work for Sodexo across 2,300 sites in the UK & Ireland and one of the big challenges for large disparate organisations is getting external talent attraction right without losing the focus on internal mobility. Tribepad not only services the external jobseeker but the internal employee too enabling an organisation to retain staff and reduce recruitment need – in these economic times this is something high on the agenda for our clients and something we can really help them with”
