You can store things up above the ground, leaving more room for the car, but you can still easily access those items.
Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) January 27, 2012
UPPERcase recently announced the completion of a market research study aimed at testing market appeal for CargoInn™, their innovative product offering. UPPERcase is an innovation driven company that applies custom-designed technological advances to everyday storage needs. UPPERcase’s new invention is aimed at markets in industries including residential, commercial, and government. Following their recent patent application, UPPERcase invites potential partners to explore joining them in supplementing their own product lines. Survey results indicate that efficiencies, independence, gained functionality, reclaimed space, and even improved quality of life for many give efficacy to this new and unique product offering.
For example, respondents across the US overwhelming provided comments referring to UPPERcase’s invention with qualitative comments such as:
- “Keeps my garage space very organized while my belongings are still easily accessible to myself or my children.” (Cambridge, MA)
- “Takes the weight off of lifting heavy things high in the air” (Huntington, WV)
- “It is impressive that the same cabinet holding camping gear is also able to hold the weight of a chop saw.” (Dallas, TX)
- “I hate having to reach high for stuff on a garage shelf, and having to go and hunt for a ladder.” (Orem, UT)
- “You can store things up above the ground, leaving more room for the car, but you can still easily access those items.” (Celina, TX)
The recent market research survey assessed several marketing factors for UPPERcase’s latest invention including product appeal, pricing, product names, and open ended responses for any positive or negative feedback. The survey distribution and design was done by third party research specialists at a Dallas Internet Marketing Company to ensure the survey process minimized bias and provided statistically sound results.
Several key findings stood out from the data regarding the invention’s marketability and viability for production. The survey findings are based on responses from over 500 individuals living in the United States.
The survey asked respondents to watch a brief 60 second video clip showcasing a fully functional prototype of the invention in use while summarizing unique product features of the never seen before lift assisting technology. Following this illustration, respondents were then asked to rate their level of desire to own the product. This question was designed in part to represent a typical consumer experience of watching a one minute video ad and then measuring response levels given the limited exposure of a brief product demonstration. The results were overwhelmingly positive with 91.1% of respondents indicating a high level of desire to own the product.
Another key finding exposed the value added by incorporating UPPERcase’s technology into existing storage cabinets currently on the market. Respondents were given a price range for current garage storage cabinets without UPPERcase’s technology and then asked about desired pricing for a cabinet with UPPERcase’s technology. This question revealed that respondents were willing to pay a premium of approximately 23% over traditional garage cabinets to have a cabinet with UPPERcase’s technology.
