TBM recently announced a series of board appointments and executive leadership promotions reflective of the company’s expanded focus on global client management, servicing selected vertical industry sectors and ongoing expansion into key international markets.

TBM appointed two new members to its board of directors in addition to expanded roles and promotions for several key roles. The following executives hold these titles and responsibilities:

Bill Remy, Executive Vice President, International Operations and Board Director. Previously a Senior Vice President for TBM’s Asia-Pacific business, Mr. Remy has been appointed to the TBM Board of Directors and promoted to Executive Vice President. In his expanded role, Remy will lead all TBM international operations including: Brazil, India, China and Europe.

Mel Haught, Board Director. Mel Haught is the former President and CEO of Pella Corporation, a manufacturer of high quality residential and commercial windows and doors. Mr. Haught was part of the team that brought the continuous improvement (CI) culture to Pella Corporation almost 18 years ago that continues to thrive today.

Dave Hicks, Vice President, Consulting. Previously responsible for TBM’s consumer products practice in North America, Mr. Hicks will transition to a focused role as a client manager for a large global client.

Keith Yeater, Vice President, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage. Previously a global client manager and business development director, Mr. Yeater will continue to build service capability and lead the development and delivery of operations management consulting for the consumer packaged goods, food, and beverage sectors in North America.
