With gen-E Resolve, value-added resellers (VARs) will be able to get in on the ground floor with an entirely new class of automation software, and help grow the market for an emerging IT management discipline called collaborative operations management.

gen-E, a global IT process automation (ITPA) software company, today launched a new worldwide channel program that allows resellers to generate new business and profits by offering a game-changing approach to automation. The program is anchored by gen-E’s Resolve™ ITPA software, which maximizes efficiency and quality of service across network operations, customer care, service desk, cloud, provisioning and other key business services.
