Originals By Weber, Toms River, NJ has invented a new use for the insulation material (Aerogel) NASA used in space to keep space walkers warm. Now, this NASA spin-off insulation, a product of the space program, is used here on earth in these new Weber Wrist & Ankle Wraps (patent pending) to provide much needed comfort and relief to the several million people who suffer daily with Raynauds Syndrome. Use of these Weber Wrist & Ankle Wraps by these people can mean wearers have much more comfort and significant reduction of the constant pain caused by their always cold fingers and toes during summer and winter.

What is Aerogel Insulation?
It is used in these new Weber Wrist & Ankle Wraps because it is the world's most efficient barrier-type material. It negates just about any kind of energy transfer: thermal, electrical or acoustic. Aerogel's density is only 3 milligrams per cubic centimeter (it weighs only 3 times that of air). Its melting point is 2,200 degrees F. (1,200 degrees C). It is composed of amorphous Silicon Dioxide crystals, and is 99.8% air. Aerogel is chemically similar to ordinary glass. But, Aerogel's true strength and the reason for using it in Weber Wrist & Ankle Wraps is its incredible insulating properties.

How Do The Wraps Work?
The new Weber Wrist & Ankle Wraps are made as a sandwich of Aerogel and a tough, durable covering of black ripstop nylon. The main purpose of the wraps is to dramatically control and maintain the warmth (Temperature Level Control or: TLC), of the blood as it flows from the wearer's wrists and ankles into the fingers and toes. People with Raynauds Syndrome, Raynauds Disease, or Raynauds Phenomenon are advised to wear these Wraps all the time (24/7) as an aid in conditioning veins and small blood vessels and thus helping to, over time, increase the flow of warmer blood (at approximately 72-degrees (F) at all times) to both fingers and toes.

How Long Do They Last?
Weber Wrist & Ankle Wraps are non-electric and re-usable.The Aerogel insulating material within the Wraps never looses its natural ability to insulate. Included with each Wrap is a removable, washable liner to keep the inside of the Wrap fresh and clean during extended use.
The Weber Wrist & Ankle Wraps are held in place with fully adjustable straps for maximum comfort. One size fits all.
