Diamond Nexus, the international lab-created jewelry company based on Wisconsin, announced the release of its introductory 10k Value Collection on January 30th. This line of seven pieces – six engagement rings and one matching wedding band – are based on popular Diamond Nexus bestsellers. The limited-edition line was launched to gauge public interest in expanded precious metal options, as well as more economical engagement alternatives.

“We’re very excited to introduce our new 10k line,” said CEO Gary LaCourt. “We’ve got a strong, loyal customer base that has been requesting a 10k option recently, so we’re glad to be making that option available to them as well as to our new customers.”

High quality affordable engagement rings have always been a major part of the Diamond Nexus repertoire since the company’s inception in 2004. Since 2009, Diamond Nexus has also been the creators of the Miss USA, Miss Teen USA, and Miss Universe crowns, leading to the tagline that “The most beautiful women in the world wear Diamond Nexus.” The company hopes that offering 10k alternatives will allow this to apply to even more people than before, making fine lab-created jewelry available to customers at all stages of life and income levels.

“10k is a good choice in fine jewelry for somebody just starting out,” LaCourt said, “and it’s a nice addition to our other precious metal options of 14k and 18k carat gold, platinum, and palladium. Giving customers these choices is important because it gives them the ability to match their jewelry to their personal needs and lifestyle. That’s a key part of Diamond Nexus’ appeal in the marketplace.”

Diamond Nexus was founded in 2004 with the purpose of bringing to the public the powerful benefits of the diamond simulant revolution. They have over 200,000 customers worldwide that have awarded them an "A" rating with the BBB, and are rated a top ten online jewelry store according to the IR500 list. For two years in a row brides from The Knot have selected them as their Best of Jeweler. Diamond Nexus currently has two retail locations: their flagship store at Woodfield Mall in suburban Chicago, Illinois, and a second store at Mayfair Mall in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 2009 the company was named the official jeweler and crown maker of the Miss Universe Organization as part of NBC/Universal’s “Green is Universal” environmental initiative.
