NCAVF now provides expert witness testimony and MCLE continued education for attorneys

The National Center for Audio and Video Forensics (NCAVF) is pleased to announce that the creator of NCAVF, David Notowitz, has been appointed to the Expert Witness Panel by the Los Angeles Superior Court and approved by the California State Bar as an MCLE provider, to provide continuing education to attorneys.

David Notowitz is both a digital media evidence expert as well as an Emmy award winning producer. As a forensic video expert, Mr. Notowitz has worked on numerous high profile cases with public defenders, attorneys across the state of California. Now as part of the Expert Witness Panel of Los Angeles County, Mr. Notowitz will be available to expand his work with public defenders.

As an MCLE provider, as approved by The State Bar of California, Mr. Notowitz and NCAVF provides continuing education for attorneys which allows them to fulfill their required points for continuing education.

As more security and surveillance cameras are installed around the US, forensic audio and video experts are needed in the court system to gather and analyze the resulting evidence. Without these experts, digital evidence potentially vital to a case can be lost.
