In 2012 USAFact is celebrating its 35th year delivering industry-leading background screening solutions. The company, which has built its reputation on customer service and rapid accurate results, is riding a surge of 2011 growth to enhance the customer experience and deliver new services for 2012.

USAFact finished 2011 with a strong 4th Quarter, closing out a full 28% higher than Q4 the previous year, and showing a total revenue gain for 2011 which totaled 15% in growth over 2010. This momentum, coupled with key hires in Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, has led to the development of new product offerings, like yesterday’s SmartPak™ announcement.

In addition of the new SmartPak™ screening line, USAFact is also announcing the deployment of an innovative new integrated Vendor Management Platform. The new platform will be available to both existing and new clients, and is slated for a launch sometime in the second quarter of 2012.
