Homeowners invest hundreds of hours of their labor into building their Habitat house and pay a no-profit, no-interest mortgage. Habitat welcomes volunteers of all skill levels and interest who want to make a difference in their community.
“We will continue our volunteer efforts with Habitat to support our neighborhood and expect to expand our volunteer efforts to other communities throughout the USA where we have offices,” said Michael LaBaw, Sound Telecom’s CEO. “We are also exploring other ways to assist Habitat Seattle/South King County as we feel it's one the better ways to revitalize our neighborhood, engage the community and have a positive impact on our neighbors.”
