Americans from coast to coast are drawn to Ron Paul because of his consistent, indefatigable defense of individuals and small businesses against the countless injustices of our ever-encroaching federal government.

Revolution Super PAC, the committee supporting U.S. Rep. Ron Paul for the Republican presidential nomination, is running approximately 32 hours of promotional content from January 27 to 30 on Florida's WHDT-TV, the Sunshine State’s largest independent broadcaster and America's first HD network. Florida’s Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, January 31.

The super committee’s eight-hour airtime blocks feature numerous full-length and short documentary films running between 1:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. daily in the lead-up to Tuesday’s contest. WHDT broadcasts in the West Palm Beach and Miami television markets, reaching more than 1 million subscriber households and 3.5 million viewers in St. Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

Broadcasting are “America: Freedom to Fascism,” a wide-ranging documentary by Aaron Russo that covers unconstitutional federal mandates, like the income tax, as well as emerging threats, like Real ID; “For Liberty: The Ongoing Story of the Ron Paul Revolution,” by Chris Rye; and “The American Dream,” an animated film covering the pivotal role of centralized banking and the Federal Reserve in the economic boom-and-bust cycle.

Filling time are Revolution PAC’s original advertisements, “The Compassion of Dr. Ron Paul,” which highlights the medical doctor’s personal generosity and support of free market health care, and “Adherence to the Oath,” showcasing Rep. Paul’s constitutional national defense policy predicated on limited foreign entanglement and his outstanding support from enlisted military members.

“When asked on the campaign trail in 2008 how so many were learning of his candidacy,” explains Revolution PAC Chair Gary Franchi, “Rep. Paul referenced ‘America: Freedom to Fascism.’ So in preparing our Florida promotion, we knew that this eye-opening film would be the centerpiece.”

Franchi continues, “Americans from coast to coast are drawn to Ron Paul because of his consistent, indefatigable defense of individuals and small businesses against the countless injustices of our ever-encroaching federal government. We are confident that our Florida effort will yield many new liberty converts.”

WHDT is carried on cable channels 9 and 1009 by AT&T, on cable channels 17 and 438 in West Palm Beach by Comcast, and on satellite channel 44 in West Palm Beach by DIRECTV.

A recent CNN/ORC International Poll showed that Rep. Paul and Mitt Romney are the only Republican contenders tied with Barack Obama in a likely general election matchup.

Revolution PAC is supporting U.S. Rep. Ron Paul’s campaign for the Republican nomination and consistent, constitutional message with targeted TV advertising, direct mail campaigns and innovative Web promotions complemented by billboards and radio ads in key primary states. Unlimited donations by individuals, businesses and organizations are being accepted by Revolution PAC to support that effort.
