More and more law firms are choosing Venio because they can exponentially increase throughput, better handle multiple projects simultaneously and reduce time and cost.

Venio Systems, the leading provider of first-pass review and early case assessment (ECA) software, today announced that it set a record for new strategic partnerships generated in the 4th quarter of 2011. There were a total of 10 new law firms who licensed Venio’s eDiscovery software solution, including 3 firms listed in the Am Law 200. Additionally, the company announced a 100% renewal retention rate in 2011.

“More and more law firms are choosing Venio as their internal eDiscovery software solution because they can exponentially increase throughput, better handle multiple projects simultaneously all the while reducing time and cost,” said Vice President of Business Development, George Thornton.

The Venio Integrated eDiscovery Platform offers clients tremendous capacity and an easy-to-use assessment tool. The system can load more than 50 gigabytes per hour (the platform has been used on projects as large as 640 gigabyte) and can deliver more than 60 standard reports on a project or custodian level–all behind a secure firewall. In one head-to-head test, a large firm’s litigation support team was able to use Venio Integrated eDiscovery Platform to ingest, search and export before the firm’s previous solution could even finish ingesting the same data.

Venio’s early case assessment tool provides a technological advantage that helps firms provide more cost effective, efficient and timely eDiscovery services for their clients. The system provides versatile searching, enabling legal professionals the maximum variations of each term or phrase, as well as email analytics that display the communication and connections between all custodians and the relevancy of each custodian.

“We are very pleased that so many new firms are endorsing our value proposition,” added Venio Co-Founder Chris Jurkiewicz. “We look forward to helping more and more firms deliver outstanding results to their clients.”
