LuxaloPro provides discounts for designers, architects and builders.
Just four months after the launch of Luxalo, Alcove Brands, LLC has announced the launch of LuxaloPro, an incentive program for interior designers, architects, and custom builders who utilize the site for clients’ lighting needs. The program includes ongoing trade discounts on all goods, with no sales thresholds or minimums to maintain, in addition to a $25 store credit for every $500 spent on the site on a lifetime basis. LuxaloPro, which is free for qualified home professionals, also aims to assist those looking for custom or hard-to-find lighting solutions for their clients. "After speaking to numerous designers and home professionals since our launch, we know the most important thing to them is a partner who can provide superior, personalized service," said Jon Eggleton, co-founder of Alcove Brands, LLC. “We want to be an active member of the design community, as well as a leader in educating consumers about eco-friendly lighting options."
Luxalo to present on sustainable lighting at the 3rd Annual Education Forum for Design Professionals.
In addition to the launch of LuxaloPro, the company has also accepted an invitation to present at the 3rd Annual Education Forum for Design Professionals, which will be held March 13th, 2012, in New York City’s Architects & Designers building. With participation from local chapters of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Interior Design Continuing Education Center (IDCEC), and the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), the event expects to reach hundreds of design professionals in and around the New York metro area. Eggleton will present “Lighting Design for the Sustainable Home." Topics to be covered include LED lighting, as well as fixtures made from sustainable or recycled materials. The invitation comes amid guest article contributions published in green lifestyle outlets such as Green Living Ideas.
“When evaluating programs for the event, sustainable lighting was clearly a topic that we felt was critical,” said Roberta Kravette, an interior designer, and LEED Accredited Professional serving on the event committee. “I was personally very excited to hear of Luxalo’s launch last fall, and, given their enthusiasm for and support of sustainable lighting education, felt they were a perfect fit for our program lineup.”
Headquartered in the Greater Atlanta area, Luxalo is part of Alcove Brands, LLC, a family-owned business with a commitment to products that are eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and recycled. Visit http://www.luxalo.com, or http://www.alcovebrands.com for more information.
