The TAG Health Club Network is expanding it services to member health clubs by offering a "members only" area of the website. This site will roll out support systems by independent health club management consultants through tele-conferences, blogs & other vehicles to provide operational strategies.

"As our membership is quickly approaching 100 independent health clubs, the timing for the activation of our ‘members only’ web site is NOW," stated John Atwood Founder and principal consultant for the TAG Health Club Network and Atwood Consulting Group. He continued, "The health club market is in the midst of some of the toughest economic conditions we have ever faced. Therefore it is important that we accelerate the activation of the TAG members’ only site to provide as much information and guidance as we can to help our members be competitive and successful in a market that is seeing extraordinary pricing programs from the chains."

The foundation of the TAG Health Club Network’s free membership is to provide members with better information and tools to operate more cost effectively, market smarter and better understand and utilize social media and SEO programs to retain and acquire new members.

Atwood added, "I know that sounds like a great big halo of help for independent clubs, but the reality is that we see the Network as an opportunity for Independent clubs to receive some the benefits independent consultants provide simply by working with us and other members to better understand how to operate more efficiently and to take advantage of the TAG Teams collective expertise."

The Network also provides members with increased purchasing power advantages by virtue of the membership in the Network.

The TAG Health Club Network was founded in 2011 by John Atwood based on the concept of being able to provide smaller, independent Health Clubs with the tools, information and group dynamics to be more competitive. Mr. Atwood’s concept was to translate and transfer the benefits of his individual consulting practice across many health clubs.
