Criminal Defense Lawyer vows to defend client in case that could have wide-reaching influence.

Baltimore Criminal Defense Attorney Marc G. Snyder has been retained to represent Robert Richardson III, currently facing charges in the shooting death of his father, Robert Richardson, Jr. (Harford County District Court Case No.: 4R00083325) Mr. Snyder, a former Baltimore City Assistant State’s Attorney, was chosen to represent Mr. Richardson over a “who’s who” of prominent Maryland criminal defense lawyers.
Mr. Richardson’s case has garnered wide-spread attention, including reports in local newspapers, on television, and among those who frequent the Internet, resulting in communities of support on sites such as Facebook.

Mr. Richardson, 16, is charged with First Degree Murder, Second Degree Murder, and an associated firearm charge. He is being held at the Harford County Detention Center where he has been unable to see visitors, other than his attorney, Mr. Snyder.
