Axonom, a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, today announces a special promotion on its Powertrak Event Management software. The company discloses it has eliminated the ‘module fee’ charge for new customers that purchase the following Powertrak modules by December 31st, 2012: Event Management, Classes, Certifications, Committees, and Memberships.
“This promotion gives event organizers of all sizes, a cost-effective solution to help guide them through the planning and managing stages so that they give their attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors the best event experience possible,” Mike Belongie, COO at Axonom.
Powertrak offers award-winning technology to provide views and tools to manage extended relationships by…
- Maximizing event revenue and increasing participation
- Managing all membership management and renewals
- Consolidating views of all members, events, fees and profiles
- Tracking committee involvement, special certifications and skills
The Powertrak Event Management solution enables organizations to successfully create, manage and execute unlimited conferences, meetings, corporate events, trade shows, exhibits, and seminars.
“Powertrak helps us manage events, members, and customers from our office to the event site,” says Kathy Mennenga, director of information technology at National Pork Board. “We use Powertrak to plan and execute the key components it takes to deliver a successful meeting, training conference, or show experience.“
With Powertrak, event planners and managers have the necessary tools to effectively plan and track key event functions such as booking accommodations, tracking registered attendees and exhibitors, assigning speakers, and scheduling functions and resources - all within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
“At shows, our staff can quickly look up a person’s information in Microsoft Dynamics CRM on an iPad, added Mennenga. “Powertrak enables us to enter critical account and contact information, pitch new products, and make sure required certifications are up-to-date.”
Not included in this offer but available for purchase is the Powertrak Portal. “Add Powertrak Portal with its dynamic branch scripting to efficiently facilitate web-based self-service event registration, membership and class registration and renewal, and payment acceptance,” added Belongie.
Other modules available in this promotion are Classes, Certifications, Committees, and Memberships. They provide tools to manage and track renewals, certifications, class attendance, and test scores for members and partners to plan and manage their own certifications.
To qualify for this offer, new customers are required to purchase one (1) Powertrak Server and one (1) Powertrak Core license for every named user in the system by Monday, December 31, 2012. This promotion is valid for on-premises or partner-hosted deployments and excludes Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online.
