Thomas Lynch will be joining the XOS Digital board of directors. The announcement was made today by Chris McCleary, CEO, XOS Digital.

Lynch was the captain of the 1963 Navy Cotton Bowl team with Roger Staubach, 1963 Heisman Trophy winner. He is currently a managing director of both The Musser Group and Jones Lang LaSalle in addition to serving several private and publicly-held companies.
He currently lives in Villanova, Pa. and serves as executive chairman of New Day USA, chairs the board of U.S. Naval Academy Athletic and Scholarship Foundation and is a board member of Premier Holding Co., PRWT Services, Mikros Systems and Buckeye Insurance, the Armed Forces Benefit Association, Philadelphia Sports Congress, Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau, Catholic Leadership Institute, Economics Pennsylvania and USO World Board of Governors.
Lynch graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1964 and earned his master’s from George Washington University in 1971. In 2010, he was recognized as an U.S. Naval Academy Distinguished Graduate.
Lynch served a naval career of more than 31 years, which included commanding the Eisenhower Battle Group during Operation Desert Shield and serving as Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy. Following his retirement in 1995, Lynch was a senior vice president of The Staubach Company, following six years at Safeguard Scientifics, including two years as president and COO of CompuCom Systems. He has also served as chairman of the Cradle of Liberty Council, Boy Scouts of America.
