Crystal Travel Center's servicing department announced today that it has been accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and has become a BBB Accredited Business with an "A+" rating, the highest rating possible.

According to the accreditation, the "Better Business Bureau (BBB) has determined that Crystal Travel Center's Servicing Department meets BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints."
Crystal's Lombard added, "With well over a hundred thousand members, this is not an easy task. Especially in the travel business, it's inevitable that things go wrong such as a hotel loses a reservation or an airline cancels a flight. Our travel agents understand the immediacy of these issues and don't stop working until a workable solution is found. Our members know we're not trying to say were perfect, but no matter what happens, we'll always try our best."
