fiteBac SkinCare, LLC, a subsidiary of Kimmerling Holdings Group, LLC, a Georgia-based biotechnology company, spent this past Saturday with six researchers from the College of Dental Medicine at Georgia Health Sciences University, for the purposes of evaluating KHG fiteBac’s new dental prebonding agent. The meeting was hosted by Dr. Kirk Kimmerling DDS, Marietta cosmetic dentist and co-founder and CEO of Kimmerling Holdings Group, at the fiteBac office in Marietta, GA. Dr. Kimmerling gave the six visiting researchers a tour of the fiteBac office as well as a tour of his own cosmetic dentistry practice, Verde Pointe Dental Associates. Dr. Kimmerling and the GHSU researchers then sat down to discuss KHG fiteBac’s new prebonding agent, which will bond to teeth using innovative KHG fiteBac technology and which the researchers plan to evaluate as it develops. The six researchers in attendance were Dr. Bin Zhou, Dr. Andrea Frassetto, Dr. Lina Niu, Dr. Zhang Wei, Dr. Shiqiang Gong, and Dr. Franklin Tay.
“Our team was delighted to host these dedicated and brilliant researchers,” said Dr. Kimmerling. “Their expertise will be invaluable to our KHG fiteBac team as we move forward with our plans for a prebonding agent. Our larger goal is to enhance and refine the practice of dentistry for the whole country, and eventually the world. The researchers at GHSU understand this goal and are committed to helping us get to this point.”
Dr. Kimmerling plans to change the current practice of dentistry with the introduction of KHG fiteBac technology and products. Verde Pointe Dental Associates, Kimmerling’s long-standing practice in Marietta, Georgia, will be the first dental office to offer these innovative products.
Verde Pointe Dental Associates continues to attract a wide and enthusiastic patient base from all over the metro Atlanta area. It is one of the premiere dental offices in the state of Georgia because of its commitment to using the newest, most advanced, most innovative products in dentistry—a commitment which Dr. Kimmerling wants to take one step further with the forthcoming introduction of KHG fiteBac products. Verde Pointe Dental Associates offers routine cleanings, cosmetic dentistry services, veneers, teeth whitening, and a host of other dental services, and is always excited to welcome new patients.

About fiteBac™ SkinCare, LLC, and KHG: fiteBac SkinCare, LLC, is a subsidiary company of Kimmerling Holdings Group, LLC (“KHG”), a Georgia-based biotech company that has developed an antimicrobial platform intellectual property technology. KHG was founded in 2009 by Marietta dentist Kirk Kimmerling, DDS, and Dan Kearney. The two set out to create products that would "change the world, one product at a time." Kirk and Dan first targeted bacterial issues in dentistry, knowing that solving those problems would lead to dramatic improvements in oral health and, more importantly, systemic bodily health. They engaged a team of highly accomplished chemists and scientists retired from Fortune 500 companies and researchers from major universities. In doing so, KHG has developed technology with several patents pending that has application well beyond dental materials and has exciting potential in medical, plastic, composite, coating, and other applications that are in various stages of development. fiteBac SkinCare Hand Softening Gel is the first product to be released under the fiteBac brand name.
