Wendy’s® is in the midst of a comprehensive transformation to energize the brand and dramatically improve the customer experience. Consumers are responding, as it was recently rated the top overall mega chain by ZAGAT and ranked number one in the Hamburger category by the American Customers Serve Satisfaction Index.
The key initiatives of the transformation include reinventing the restaurant environment, unveiling a new logo, a successful new advertising campaign, additions to the Mobile Nutrition App and continuing to launch new and innovative products.
New luxuries will be featured in the bold, sleek, ultra-modern restaurant design, allowing for lounge seating, flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi and digital menuboards. The brand transformation is an evolution of Wendy's over an extended period, however, Wendy's won't change their core values.
To represent all of the unique brand and location improvements, while still maintaining its familiar Wendy's wave and unmistakable red color, a new logo will be introduced in March of 2013.
