Latin TV Host Celina Gonzalez Receives the Humanitarian Award at the Proclamations Hall of The Way To Happiness Foundation International.

The Friends of L. Ron Hubbard Foundation presented a special recognition to humanitarian Celina Gonzalez in appreciation to a life of dedicated to help Hispanic communities in the United States, Latin American countries, and even in far away places such as Greece, Egypt, Israel and Australia.

Latin TV Host, Celina Gonzalez, was presented with the Certificate of Appreciation at a formal event last Saturday at the Proclamations Hall of The Way to Happiness Foundation International. A selected group of community leaders within the Latin Community of Los Angeles attended the event, people ranking from fashion designers to civic and religious leaders, TV entertainers, and artists.

“It is vital for the betterment of Hispanic communities in this country that we continue uniting our efforts and dedication, always with the spirit of providing real help to all those within our reach”, indicated the founder of the Mayan Cultural Center Eek Mayab, Jose Loria.    

Celina Gonzalez was born in Nicaragua and arrived on her earlier years to the United States getting away from the civil war in the her country. She started a 25-year career as a Certified Nursing Assistant helping men and women from all ways of life. Her humanitarian purpose led her to organize and participate in activities to help community groups in Los Angeles with food, and medical supplies. Internationally she participated in programs to help communities in Mexico, Cuba and Peru. Celina became an active member of the Sheriff of LA Clergy Council where she has served for 14 years as an active leader in various humanitarian programs. Currently she is the TV Host and Producer of the popular cultural show Cara a Cara con Celina y Sonia. Celina’s motto is “to carry on doing good action as the legacy that we offer to the future generation”.

In celebration of her merits a special edition of The Way to Happiness was printed with Celina’s photos on the cover. All attending the presentation received a free copy of the book.
