Autonet Insurance, the Staffordshire based insurance broker is once again hosting the Midlands Contact Centre Forum for October 2012 with the main focus on call quality and brand awareness. The forum was a huge success last year which saw many organisations around the midlands region meet at their newly developed offices to discuss relevant hot topics associated with the contact centre environment.
The Midlands Contact Centre Forum (MCCF) was established last year with a main objective to help and support organisations in the industry share ideas and concepts. The focus was to develop the region and secure a stable position within the economy by attracting public sector investment as well as discussing various topics and suggestions that would benefit both small, medium and large organisations for future development. Alongside existing members, guest speakers and sponsors attend the meetings to provide further input from their specific industries.
Autonet Insurance, who now boast an impressive workforce of over 550 employees has benefited from joining the forum when it was first created last year, both as a host and an attendee at other forum meetings. Last month, Karen Hancox-Barringer, Autonet Insurance’s Learning and Development Manager attended a forum hosted by Experian, a global information services company on ‘Customer Experience Versus Expectations’.
Karen commented: “This was an excellent opportunity to meet like-minded individuals with similar ideals such as ourselves at Autonet Insurance. We covered an array of topics related to customer service which I can now use to implement into our own strategy within the insurance industry. The Midlands Contact Centre Forum is an excellent concept and we are looking forward to hosting the event again in a week’s time”.
The panel of members has increased over the last year and now includes a host of new organisations including Specsavers, Legal and General, Gadlake and the Solicitor Regulation Authority.
