In our workshop experiences, this combination leads to a marked increase in confidence, preparedness, and effectiveness of spokespersons for encounters with reporters.

Life’s Eyes Media (LEM), a media training and video production company based in Ft. Wright, Kentucky, is hosting its annual PIO/PAO Training. Our training programs are client-focused, fast-paced, and interactive.
The first part of the workshop focuses on the highly competitive media environment in which emergency departments operate. LEM trainers will prepare spokespersons to face the difficult and challenging tasks of successfully communicating key messages through a media landscape that thrives on drama, controversy, and negative news.
During the second part of the workshop, LEM trainers provide an excellent foundation on the role of crisis communication in a well-planned life-cycle approach to crisis management. This part of the training is designed to help departments make improvements in integrating crisis communication into crisis planning, crisis response, and post-crisis assessment capabilities.
The key to media training begins with an understanding that every encounter with a reporter is an opportunity to deliver your agency’s messages through the reporter. This comprehensive program includes extensive on-camera exercises followed by expert coaching and feedback.
