After working for a nationally renowned law firm, Hayden Briggle teamed up with a friend from law school and started Briggle & Polan, PLLC. Today, his success has been acknowledged by Austin Monthly Magazine, which featured a brief article about Mr. Briggle and the firm in its September issue. “My father was the consummate entrepreneur,” Mr. Briggle told Austin Monthly Magazine, “I’ve always had the spark in me, too, to try it on my own and do my own thing.”
Mr. Briggle credits some of his ambition to the University of Texas, where he studied liberal arts. His education “opened me up to the world. I’m probably more liberal than I was before – more understanding about fighting for a cause.” After growing up in Texas, Mr. Briggle graduated high school in Austin and continued his education at the University of Texas. As an undergraduate student, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Plan II Honors and Spanish.
He went on to study for a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting and eventually earned a law degree from the University of Texas. As a student, he was a member of the Texas Law Review. After graduation, he was quickly accepted into Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P – a nationally recognized law firm and one of the largest law firms in United States. After working for Fulbright & Jaworski, Mr. Briggle decided to start his own practice.
After teaming up with a friend from law school – Parker P. Polan – Mr. Briggle began working at Briggle & Polan, PLLC. Today, he serves clients in Austin, Texas as criminal defense and personal injury attorney. While working at Fulbright & Jaworski, he gained valuable experience working in the firm’s litigation and health law departments. Today, he helps accident victims collect financial compensation for injuries. He is a member of the Austin Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
At Briggle & Polan, Mr. Briggle assists clients in all types of personal injury cases, including aviation accidents, birth injury cases, mass tort claims, drowning accidents, car accidents, premises liability cases and spinal cord injuries. He is a member of the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, the Austin Young Lawyers Association and the State Bar of Texas.
