FreedomVoice, one of the largest US providers of cloud-based VoIP phone systems, today announced that in an effort to expand its presence in the Northeast, they will host a training and certification program on November 15th and 16th at the Marriott Courtyard Baltimore BWI Airport in Lithicum, Maryland. The two-day class for local phone dealers, MSPs, cloud hosting companies, and IT consultants will teach attendees how to sell, install, and support FreedomIQ, a cloud phone system, as well as FreedomVoice Business Continuity, a business continuity solution for premise-based phone systems.
FreedomVoice University in Baltimore provides a unique regional opportunity for business partners in the Northeast US to have their sales and engineering teams certified on the FreedomIQ platform. All current FreedomIQ dealers as well as other IT and telecom resellers interested in becoming a FreedomIQ hosted VoIP PBX dealer are encouraged to register for the two-day certification training event taught by FreedomVoice’s highly-qualified team of traveling instructors and engineers.
“Whenever we run FreedomVoice University classes in Baltimore, they always fill up quickly. The class is incredibly valuable to local phone system and IT experts who are looking to provide the best service possible to their local businesses,” said Bob Capasso, Northeast Region Channel Manager and FreedomVoice University Instructor. “They really appreciate that we bring the training to them instead of having to travel to our headquarters. Plus, we cover the local differences in our training session. If you are thinking about adding cloud phone systems to your current offerings, you need to attend this training course.”
FreedomVoice relies on its partnership with local dealers by supplying them with live warm leads, custom marketing materials, and the training and support necessary for success. FreedomIQ offers affordable, quality phone system services to end users and recurring, evergreen revenue to local dealers.
Dealers who have certified employees see a substantial increase in sales, shortened installation times and better overall customer satisfaction.
This is the only time that the training will be offered in the Baltimore area for the foreseeable future, and will reach capacity very quickly. Interested attendees can register for the event at http://www.freedomiq.com/training/.
